Results OKC Gun Club Oct Field Target Results (+PICTURES) 10/17/20

Our morning started out cold and windy (20mph, gusting to 30) but the temp warmed. Thankfully, we saw the coats and jackets dropping like leaves and we managed to drop some targets while we were at it. Whew! The wind made our offhand position extra interesting as we shot from an elevated platform. It was a smaller than normal turn out, but we still had 12 shooters to enjoy the morning. Thanks go out to the archery club for working with us to make it a great course and event. Thanks too for the lunch!

Looks like fun! We don't have much in the way of airgun competitions around my area...mainly firearms. Sure wish we did, but I still lug my airguns to the rifle range just the same.

As always, had a BLAST! The wind did play some effect on shooting success. The real challenge was the standing lane on top of the tower shooting downward with a crosswind!
