Omega 75 tank gauge needs to be replaced under warrenty and not sending tank back. Just as easy for me to replace it. My question is can the gauge be replaced without bleeding the air out of the tank??

I believe it can. I have the same tank and the gauge is not under pressure when the valve is closed. Just a precaution loosen it slowly, if you hear any hissing then tighten it back up, but I don't think that's gonna happen. Good luck

That was my plans, we have a larger liquid field gauge that we plan to adapt and install it instead the small one.
