Omega 75 regulator loose

When I received my Omega air cylinder from AOA, the regulator was loose. The guy at my fire department who fills my tank says that the manufacturer usually suggests a specific torque to tighten it to. I can't find this info anywhere. Anyone know what that number should be?

I'm not 100% positive but if just wiggles a little bit i read that once it starts filling up the wiggle goes away,read it on one of these forms but I would call the company where you bought it and talk to them and see if it's a issue or not that way your covered.....

Lol. I hate it when I ask questions already answered. I searched for regulator not valve. Thanks for the help guys!

No biggie,I do it all the time. Terminology used isn't always the same.

When you place the valve on the tank just turn it until it bottoms out. It should seat firmly and flat without any movement with out applying any torque or tightening other than it screwed in with normal hand pressure.

If if you got their filler hose that is the same process. No tools needed or should be used.
