Omega Air Charger

I was unscrewing the bleed screw on my comp. when of course, it fell out.
it sounded like something else fell other than the screw. I looked on the floor
and found a ball bearing. Does anyone know if there is anything in front
of the bleed screw (ball bearing) or am I just picking up junk from the floor...

I had an Air Charger but never had the screw all the way out. But it would not surprise me if they have a ball in there for sealing it closed. Do an “omega” search on here and one of the threads will mention the gent associated with AoA that is super knowledgeable on Omega’s. I’ve spoken with him in the past and would not surprise me if he knows off the top of his head.
If the screw is pointed (cone shaped) it probably does not use the ball, but if the screw is flat ended and has a sort of polished dent/impression in it, then it needs the ball.

thanks for all your help. I will call Todd, just wanted to check here first.
the screw is flat on the end, so i'm thinking it needs the ball. Todd should
confirm all this, I hope.
