Omega Trailcharger is not pumping air

Omega Trailcharger is not pumping air, I purchased it on this forum, and the unit will turn on, water is flowing but it's not pumping air does anybody have the tech support information they can provide so I can contact the company?

Yes loosened and tighten it again nothing doing.

turn the compressor on with the blead valve open after it pumps a minute or so close the blead valve , never start this compressor under pressure .

Check valve on the top probably needs to be removed and cleaned

Where is the check valve located?

Remove the whole brass piece (the bigger hex) with a deep socket. Remove the check valve and clean the parts and inside with a q tip. Don’t need to gureilla the parts back just snug
