My new Omega Turbo arrived yesterday and I set it up and got it going today. This thing is INCREDIBLY quiet. My wife did not know I had it. It us now running in the basement and she still doesn't know.

Ha ha - love the comment about “the wife can’t even hear it.” It looks great but pretty expensive for me. I wish these compressor prices would come way down; they seem to be way over priced.
I would love To avoid the 45 minute one way drive to the dive shop every few weeks. I drop it off one day and then drive back again the next to pick it up. It really is a PIA.

There is no doubt that it costs a bit. However, for me as I take that last gasp of disposable income before I retire now is the time. I can afford it now. With all of my shooting hobbies I am trying to create as much sustainability as possible now. Hopefully when I have more time I will have the resources to enjoy myself. The cost of filling a tank at a dive shop could become something to be cut out. If I already have a compressor it is far more likely to remain.

"Expensive" is a relative thing. If you like to shoot and don't/can't hand pump and dive shop or fire house filling is not accessible then they seem to be highly useful. Not cheap but certainly very nice if you need one.
