One hole group challenge - smallest group size

I do that more often than not. It's perhaps a case that in these teeny groups, what we wouldn't have considered a flier before, now becomes one. Consider that the "flier" is less than a millimeter away from main group! Nice shooting.
Hello @rsfrid

Boy I was so close, that four shot group is only 9.01mm. Oh well.

Hello everyone,

Well this group is a bit larger than my last one shot but considering it is a Diana Chaser .177 cal with a Red Dot sight, I will take it. I have two scopes on order that will adjust down to 3-yards and both are lost somewhere in the "system". The UK postal workers have some sort of a strike going on and I can't even find a package with the tracking number

Anyway, it is cold outside but nice and toasty warm in my shop and I can shoot and try for that elusive "one hole" score and this is the best that I could shoot this morning, 9.51mm. Started off by putting three shots in "almost" one hole and then choked with two shots in another hole

Nice setup. I finally got back inside from shoveling snow so I thought I'd shoot some flies! Love my flies target. Nice shooting by the way. Isn't this fun on a cold day?

Hello @rsfrid

What snow  , I am highly allergic to snow....that is when it comes to shoveling. It was 37 here this morning and cloudy with some pretty strong winds, not the kind of weather that I care to go out and shoot. So, my nice warm shop is so inviting and fun to sit down and shoot 6 targets. Even though I did not shoot any "one holes", I did shoot several good Star Targets. This is not only a lot of fun it is so relaxing, I was out there for just over 2 hours and didn't even realize what time it was :giggle:

This was taken last spring in the Sportsman's Club indoor range. We shoot 25 yd benchrest fun competitions. Just showing what my RAW HM1000x 22cal will do if I am careful and relaxed. Remember one hole would be 5.5mm and this mics at 5.9.

Hello @rsfrid

Holly cow Ross, I would call that 5 perfect shots. The paper material will not allow a much better hole shape. You would have to shoot wadcutters into a soft plastic to get a cleaner hole. I see that you didn't throw that target away :giggle: 😁 :p:ROFLMAO: .
