On, Canada
I was talking to my buddy yesterday and he tells me of this rifle. Late in the afternoon I bought it. This morning I drove a hour and a half one away to grab it. It was worth the drive.

The workmanship oozes out this gun.
Also with the gun came a box of goodies.

Crude looking. They both fit on muzzle end. Not sure what long one does.

Cheek pieces and butt end. Got 4-5 tins of lead so old the foam in tin is dust.
Looking forward to playing with this. The scope has two lines with dots that are adjustable. Really cool.
Stopped in AGS on way home, dropped $620 there without even trying. 3 more springs sets and lead. Now that place is bad. I wish they would move to the West coast, they hit me every week. Crow

Ya in bare feet.
I think it’s for moving targets. Never knew anything like this existed. This scope is really cool. Here’s pics on scope.

Thanks I’ll try tomorrow.Crow
Looks like an old Walther Running Target 10 meter match rifle. I think Nickel Mfg. used to make scopes with two holding points for that discipline. They don't make them like they used to.
They don’t make them like they used to. So true, so sad. Crow
Definitely worth the trip. Congrats on nice gun.👍
Thanks Crow
That is a Walther LGR Running Boar. It’s a single stroke pneumatic. What spring do you speak of. Beautiful find!
Thanks. I bought 3 springs sets on way home at another gun shop, for 2 97’s and a TX200. Crow
That is too cool for words
I know, I’ve been babbling. Thanks. Crow
Sorry, read too quickly. Thought you implied that it came with 3 springs but upon rereading it sounds like you bought 3 new spring kits for other projects. Me thinks?
No problem do it all the time. Yes the springs are for the 3 springers.
