Only 3 weeks,hooked

Wife put up a bird feeder October 28, the squirrels were swarming it. Told her I was going to Deter them a little. Had to do some quick shopping on line and saw that Tractor Supply had a Umerex pellet gun in the closest store. They actually had several models, one being a gas cartridge nitrogen maybe. Researched a bit and glad I went with the underlever Synergis 22.

Got to say I was impressed. I haven’t shot an air gun in 55 years and that was a Crossman 760. Came with a cheap scope but it was functional.
I can’t really shoot outside but it’s all woods behind the house. So that evening online I was to read about air guns. The big thing was a pcp gun.
The downside was the filling. I ended up buying a Reximex RPA and a cheap hand pump . I swear I bruised a couple ribs pumping that little cylinder. Ok got one of them $200 compressors on Amazon.

Might as well get a rifle now…
Welcome to the best AGN ! And an excellent start .

O poop, just realized why the very good deal on the Daystate, it’s an unregulated model.
chose and ordered scope last night a Athlon Heras spr 6x24 second focal with a mil dot.
wanted moa but couldn’t find for this price. Also could have used another 10, 15 power
on top for 50 yard bench. I bench rest with my 22lr silhouette rifle with a 6x20
and if it was a specific bench gun would have up to 40 power. All the higher power scopes
I found were first focal plane.

Do you mind listing some, thanks
Primarily, AOA has a long list of stuff on sale on their website. Daystate rifles, Brocock rifles, HW 95N break barrel, bipods, scopes, ets. Go on the black friday deals tab on their website. Utah Airguns has a lot of stuff on their sale list too.

Unregulated just means one less thing to fail. Once you find its pressure range sweet spot, it will be fine. You are shooting in the house and yard, not very far from a source of air.

Well you are screwed, the black hole aka Rabbit Hole® is going to suck you in deeper and deeper to the black void, good luck.
