Yep and made some absolute bangin chili yesterday/this morning. Cut up the brisket and one of the hams in to about 1" chunks. Fried up a pound of bacon, then fried the chunks in the bacon fat. Sauteed a whole red onion. Diced up 2 large jalapenos. 8 serranos, 1 poblano, 2 bell peppers, and 10 smallish on the vine tomatoes. Threw the venison, bacon, onions, about 1/3 cup minced garlic, and all the diced veggies in the crockpot along with 2 cartons of stock, and a couple tablespoons each of cayenne and 6 chili powder. Started it at 1:30p, ran it on high till 9:00p then turned it on low and set the lid slightly ajar so it would thicken up. I got up at 3:00 this am to check on it and it was done. It probably wouldn't have hurt it if I had just got up at my normal 6:00. Ended up with a little over a gallon of chili.
