Ordering from Krale - address format not correct?

Attempting my 1st order from Krale. The address format is not correct.
Form will not let me proceed without entering a house number after entering the house number and street.

123 John Doe st. 123
anywhere, 00123

form forces the extra 123 after st.

am I missing something? Suggestions?
This should be the way you would do it.

After that and my credit card company dumping the transaction, then I arranged with my bank to make a one time authorization and it still kicked my card off, my bank is fixing to get fired if it doesn't start doing its job. I will use a different card and try it again. Similar happened with the same card when I tried to buy the fittings and gauge to check and adjust pressure in an HW90 from a Brit company. The bank protects me from myself! I hope your Krale purchases go smoothly. Be Well Brothers, Bandito.

Hopefully it gets fixed for ya, I just ordered a U2 600 .177 last night. I've been trying since Wednesday to buy and for some reason it wasn't accepting or recognizing my payment I had to tweak something in the information but it finally went through.

I had the same problem, was not able to resolve the issue with the form so I left a note in the comment section showing the correct format for the address for US mail. It worked for me. By the way the gun that they shipped was single boxed and the box was completely trashed when I got it, with damaged contents minimal air pillow padding that was not sufficient to keep things from shifting back-and-forth in the box; if you have the chance I suggest asking them to double box your shipment and pad carefully if there is anything heavy or fragile.

They still show in stock!
carbon fiber 600 shows in stock only to get all the way through checkout, payment,to have transaction cancelled due to out of stock.

Tried BPS .177 600 but now won’t accept payment even after verifying thru CC company. Done for now.

Will try again later. If out of stock, so be it. Don’t need it anyway.

It still shows that it is in stock. I had that issue yesterday, you're likely gonna have to change something in the information form or the card form.

It may be just as simple as the classic difference between U.S. and Europe.
We ALWAYS have our house number after the street name and I believe You have it the other way around.
Just like your September ninth is ninth of September to us europeans.

I have been buying stuff lately so can't be sure if it was Krale, but somewhere I was rejected as long as I put apartment number after the street name. They insisted on having it on a different line and it worked out eventually.

I am retired but haven't regained much patience from working 24 years in the prison system. Good morning Mr PTSD hope you go away today. Anyway. I have never had patience with businesses who are non-responsive to customer needs. Sounds like some of my credit card carrier problems. I would dearly love to do business as Krale stocks many items in the gun cleaning realm for all my needs. A few are available here in the US but not all at the same supplier. I would rather pay for across the pond delivery than four charges. Good luck. Be Well Brothers, Bandito.

Remember and keep in mind that Krale is on the NL and is 6hrs ahead of us. They close at 5:30pm and Customer Service does not work the weekend.

Three AGT, one Snowpeak all double-boxed, damage-free from Krale. Packing between double boxes could have been better as shifting noted. WM

Anything to do with airgun shipments to NJ? I've read it can be a problem. WM

My two airgun shipments and one scope shipment from Krale were all packed fine. One shipment got hung up at customs in Kentucky. Krale never responded to an email but were helpful when I called them. I called in the morning my time which was the afternoon for them. I used my cell phone which was using my wifi and it cost essentially nothing to make the calls.
