I'm glad some of you all have received stuff boxed properly from Krale, so have I. the point of my comment wasn't to criticize the company or to state that they never wrap things properly: my point is that they sometimes do not ship things properly boxed, and in retrospect if I had requested they put a little extra care, it could have saved me some grief. Make of that what you will

i have an account at Krale i have never used but i did it to see what price would be and after login you can edit your address
now it has been so long ago i don't remember if i had to change it but i would make an account first
now banks cards and overseas purchases, it is best to contact them first i have had purchase hung up because they red flag the purchase

I also created an account with Krale and yes the address had the house number twice on the address line. No issue in delivering. Rifle arrived double boxed. The outside box had some serious crunch marks, but after unpacking the Manufacturer’s box was undamaged and the rifle was perfect. Delivery time was surprisingly quick. I will be ordering from them again.

Looks like I may have gotten the last carbon U2 .177 600mm.
When I was ordering, after the payment, I got transaction cancelled due to out of stock. Their system kicked me out and I never got to the document upload or confirmation screens.
This morning I have an email from Krale. “Please send us a copy of your ID to complete your transaction. “
Payment is still pending.
I did what was asked, guess I’ll find out soon enough…

Just received shipping confirmation.
I would imagine I will owe some sort of import tax. How does that work?
Will I be contacted by UPS? Email? Bill in the mail?
My son had received a guitar from the Netherlands just a month ago. He got a bill in the mail for the tax a week after delivery.

Mine shipped Tuesday, tracking says cleared customs and on the way currently. Delivery estimated tomorrow.

Some times shopping here and there, i have to choose a not existing postal area we do not use here, i suppose it is a left over from larger countries that have elevated postal areas aside for the local one we already have.
Sure we do have hubs that handle the wider area around it, but it is just a place stuff go thru on its way to the final destination, and so it is not really necessary to also put this in, it get there automatic according to destination area code.

Please report back on the import Tax. It's my understanding that Trump eliminated the $800.00 and under no import tax for China, (Huben's going up in price?) but unclear if it's China only? Thanks!

I paid $79 dollars to have the gun imported here. I don't see why he would do that, that benefits us.

You will be getting an email, also when checking the tracking, it will say above the tracking that you need to pay a duty fee.

Sounds like things have changed I did not have any duty fees when I ordered from krale to the US for my Empire xs

When was that? And how much was it? If it's not over $800 you don't have to pay import duty fees.

Seems mine has stalled, been watching email all day and nothing.
Last tracking info says “Your package has cleared customs and is on the way“ - that was at 4:49 am this morning.
nothing about duty fees which I am expecting. Still says delivery for tomorrow, Thursday.
