Contacted a supplier and they want to know if the BUNA N70 Duro are ok for an air rifle. Their concern was apparently that oring is only good for 800 PSI and would supply a different oring should I need one higher pressure rated. What's the answer to this tech question please.??

70 durometer Buna-N is generally suitable for airgun use up to 3000psi. It all has to do with manufacturing tolerances (size of extrusion gap / fit between parts).

Don't know if this is the right answer, but I've used that class of O ring with no problem. I don't know what the pressure is at the O ring.
