I just received some .22 caliber Zan ELR 42.3 slus to try in my DRSC 22 700.
When I measured the magazines before I ordered the ELR slugs, it looked like 12mm would be max so at 11.8mm I thought I was good to go.
They feed through the magazine perfectly.
The Zan ELR slugs are very accurate from my DRSC 22 700.
I have my rifle shooting .218 34gr H&N Heavy and .218 34gr Javelin slugs at 975 fps.
I didn't make any adjustments before shooting the ELR slugs, they were going 885 fps.
I don't really want to shoot a slug this heavy from my 22, so I will definitely be trying the 35gr ELR slugs when they are available.
