I orderd a magazine for my crown and it was in the mail the next day. Unfortunately when it arrived it had a crack in the cover. Quick email with a photo. a new cover was shipped the next day. With a little extra in the box for my trouble. It is absolutely no trouble doing business with people like this. Highly recommended seller.
