I haven't taken a poll but I would bet that most of us have, and have had many other hobbies. When I was a kid I loved reading about WW1 and WW2 because my Dad and Grandpa served in these wars. Airplanes, jets, rockets/Mercury, Apollo etc.. Model building, kite building, model rocket building, and I could many more that just burned out. But the one I stuck with was Airguns. This started in the 70's... As I said i'm sure others have had this many and many more but I'd like to hear about them as hobbies have always been a way to calm my ADHD. Go! :)

Somewhere around mid to late 60s we had a little model rocket club. No adults involved at all. That was a cool hobby, still would.
Ive even looked up Estes recently. At about 10 years old it was a nice learning experience. Painting.sanding, gluing
small parts. The mercury capsule emergency tower thing was a particular challenge I remember. Had a three stage
model. We shot it off a couple times with two stages and recovered. We shot it with all three with more powerful engines
and never saw it again.
I’m gonna think about it and post my life’s hobbies. I hope it doesn’t bore you guys too much.

the kids never got into it
