Due to my fault I need a new bolt handle and called Dennis who asked for me to send in the broken part to verify length, I mailed it off and in 8 day's (counting the 4th of July holiday) had the new part I needed for likely less than the cost of firing up the machine to make it. He also included some small things he thought would help me out at no charge.
