Then how come people like Matt from AirArmsHuntingSA and Ted from Tedsholdover can get those groups when they fill their guns over 3000 psi?

Do you live there with them to see what's not published on video?

As a baseline it is not up to us to decide if overfilling is safe, we did not design the gun. The reason can be the bottle, it can be the reg not behaving properly, it can be the gun block, or some other parts. Or it can just be safety factor itself. Safety factor is there for a reason, namely making 100% sure there will not be a failure.
