P-rod owners, did you experience grip movement??

So, just got my first p-rod thru Amazon.

Out of the box I would say it has a really nice trigger.

How ever I was very surprised to feel the pistol grip very minutely slide/slip/move every 15 shots or so.

I tightened both sides a little. Gotta say was already fairly tight. Don't want to snap the plastic tightening too much.

A known issue?

Yes, every one ever made has grip slip. shim with black tape or plastic. easy fix. dont let it turn you off to a fine little platform.

On the P-Rod I have the screws were bottoming out against each other.

Put thin O-rings around the grip collar where the screws go in.

The easy fix if to place 006 O rings on the screw pins, No more wobble.

Put 005 o-rings on the first pegs to enter the slots of the carbine stock. Works a treat. Regards, Tom

Yes, all slip! Replaced mine with AR15 buttstock; 1 folding and 1 regular. Check out the Steve Concoran stocks n grips for the Prod!
