Does any one know the dimensions of a P-rod transfer port sleeve? I want to make a few with different IDs. Prefer not to take it apart until I have every thing ready to go.

.176” is the part that goes in the oring. The fat part is .262” and the oal is .311”. The length of the fat part is .190”.

Had a little time to get started on some transfer port sleeves. This one is .094 ID, I have 2 blanks turned up without any thru hole. My goal is 725 to 750 fps with 24 good shots. Made from M2 high speed steel.

I have a Huma in mine set at 120b. TP and valve drilled to 3.5mm. I get 24 shots at 717fps with 14.3’s. Have a pesky leak since reg install. Driving me nuts.

That's a pretty big transfer port. Past history has showed me that bigger is not always better, as far as TP go. But then again they were not regulated and it wasn't on a 12" barrel. One step at a time. With blank sleeves it only takes me 2 minutes drill & ream one out.

This weekend is the soonest I'll be able to fart around with playing with tuning that gun. One of my bottles is at 2500 psi so I'll tether it to the gun. I'll start with the .094 TP and see how that goes. I have a funny feeling I am going to end up between .098 and .102 Guess I'll find out. Thanks again for the dimensions Vetmx.
