P-rod tube on 1701?

Is it possible to put a P-rod tube on a 1701? If so, is it just a drop-in job, or are there modifications needed to make it happen?

Back before the 1720T was born, I dropped a 1700P complete upper onto my PRod lower to make my own 0.177.

Believe the 1700, 1701, 1720 & PRod can all be mixed and matched.

Yep, it will work. The 1720T and the P-Rod use the same valve as the 1701, and the 1720T and the P-Rod use the same tube.

Yes totally possible. I put a Prod upper on a 1701P lower.
Of course I had to shorten the .22 barrel

Just curious......What kind of shot count, FPS, FPE, etc. do you get from the Prod upper/1701P lower pistol?

Has anyone else done this modification that may be able to answer or take a guess at my question in post #6?

I'm wondering what going from .177 up to .22 does to the shot count, power, etc. of this modification.
