P-Rod wood stock question

I'm looking to upgrade my P-Rod to a wood stock from the current 1399 plastic stock. Does anyone know if the comb height on Tom West stocks or Corcoran stocks is higher than the 1399? I have lowish mounts on my scope buy it seems like I'm resting my jaw more on the stock than my cheek. I know I could wrap it with foam, but I want a nicer stock anyway.

Whatever the comb height is on a Tom West stock , it's friggin' PERFECT!

I think this mount would be considered meduim, but the one thing you notice is how well the p-rod shoulders, and how well the scope lines up!

Looks nice, but I don’t think that’s a PROD.

More like a bottle 22xx.

And you have a KEEN EYE for the obvious -

I didn't say it WAS a P-Rod , but that is a P-Rod stock & tube modified to work with a Disco breech.

"The PROD breech is approximately 6mm higher than a 22xx one."

Well then, a Disco breech with medium mounts and a P-Rod breech with low mounts should be in the same ballpark, scope height wise.

Does this suit your attention to detail?

Easy there laddie buck

EDIT: I thought we were both grown men on an airgun forum - you responded as you did, and I responded in kind - grow as set for crying out loud, arm wrestling was maybe a bad attempt at humour, but is far from death, knives, and ropes - you are hearing from me right here, right now, no pm forthcoming -
