Diana P5 Fiber Optic Sight?

Gents,
Has anyone replaced the fiber optic front sight on their P5? My son was shooting it and somehow the rod is missing. Never replaced one and can’t find anything on the googles except a bunch of results for the newer P-Five.

well i guess you are talking OLD Diana not new
the rods can be found and are easy to replace heat one end make a small ball cut so you
can do the same thing on the other end
that would be the front sight the rear is a U and would need some skill

Thanks a million! That is exactly the info I’ve been looking for.
Coincidentally, when you say OLD model, my brother was given one from the 80’s missing the front sight. I’m going to bring over a spare HW sight next week and see how workable that is.

first of this Diana pistol has 2 names Diana model 5g MAG and the P-5 both pistols are the same except for the names
there are no front sight for the P-5 there are no muzzle brakes with the front sight
chambers list a muzzle brake with sight for the LP-8 and a cocking handle but they are out of stock that muzzle brake will fit the P-5 the color will be off

Thanks for your help. The rod came, got it installed without drama. Now I have extras for next time.
