Tuning Panthera power wheel on Impact M3?

Honestly...my own opinion only ... you would be playing with that wheel for a day or two, and forget about it at a very first satisfactory tune.
On my MK2 I swap that wheel I guess 3-4 times, tried everything, yes it is more fun, but still it is just a wheel. Really cannot remember any longer what I have right now, from a Crown or from M3. I play more with a Dwell timing = valve spring.

I have MRHOSTED’s power wheel on both my MK2’s, and not only does he offer more settings, it’s design will never loosen the center screw, it is “knobby”, meaning a pleasure to grip, it looks great, and best of all, no track marks from the hammer tension screw gouging into the side of the cam. So glad I listened to QBALL as he highly recommended that upgrade to me

Looking at the Panthera Schematic you will find the Power Adjuster wheel is "Part#19908 Power Adjuster Crown". Yep, same part as on the newer Crown MkII. That is with the 23 click stops and the continuous curve stop (about 0.2mm of spring compression per stop by the way). The Impact M3 schematic shows "part # 10310 Power Adjuster Impact M3". In the schematic the Impact part seems not as thick, though it uses the same screw to attach it as the Crown and Panthera "part # 2508 M3x10 screw". It appears that the M# only has one spring and ball bearing to act on the detents where the Crown and Panthera have two.

Maybe a question that might get a quicker answer is "Has anyone put a Crown MkII power adjuster on the M3?"

Cheers,
Greg
