Panthera slow leak

I have a .25 Panther 600mm. Shoots well both pellets and slugs.
Noticed a slow leak, approx 20 to 30 bar overnight. Anyone else have a similar issue?
IMHO, these are a leaky gauge seal most of the time, those X rings don’t seem to be that great.
I wanted to try and reseal the gauges but they seem to be glued in there. Does FX blue loc tite in those gauges on the Panther? Maybe use a heat gun? Don’t want to break them trying to loosen them.
Thanks….

Centercut,

Are you using the factory "slug" barrel for both pellets and slugs?
Thanks!

The SH shoots heavier slugs better but also shoots King Heavy pellets well. I do think the Superior shoots the Mk2 Heavy slightly better than the SH due to the slower twist rate.
SH is 1:18, and Superior is 1:24. I also tried an older Pellet A at 1:27 twist but it wasn’t as good as the Superior. Funny fact, the older Pellet A is about 1/4 inch longer than the SH or Superior.

I de-gassed mine for the first time to install a FX tungsten hammer. After installation I couldn't get the valve seat to seal and had a massive leak down the barrel. Apparently, I had bent the pin valve before the tungsten hammer install, prior to install I had the hammer wheel and micro adjuster on max. I'm guessing that was a no-no, and something to stay far away with the tungsten hammer installed. Currently it's on way back from UtahAir, props to their tech, only one week turnaround..
Btw, no sealant on my gauge threads, just an oring at the bottom of the block.

Did you have one of the first ones that didn't have that Arca rail retainer part milled out?

Both of my M3's had clear, hard sealant on the second reg gauge. It is tough enough that the gauge is pretty much useless to reinstall in a new spot unless you spend some serious effort to chip it off with a pick. I also had someone doing a gauge upgrade ask me the same question about why their factory gauge might be stuck. I suspect the factory uses the sealant to make indexing the gauge and getting a good seal easier. I've got a giant bag of x-rings and when I swap a gauge I always put in a new x-ring. Never had any leak issues without sealant. THANKFULLY the thread sealant FX uses seems to mostly stick to the gauge threads, so once you get the gauge out there typically isn't much left in the internal threads.

I had same problem installing tungsten hammer and 720 plenum in mk2 I had to use a slug loaded in the barrel pointed in n safe direction and fast fill with a air tank to get it to seal happens everytime I degass I think the tungsten hammer puts some preload on the hammer spring making it harder to get it to seal up I don't have any problem if I leave air in it
