I am looking at the Sightron S1 1.75-5x32 scope for my HW 97K and wonder if a Pard NV007V Clip-on Night Vision Scope is compatible. The Pard website suggests only 40mm scope objectives are covered.

Pard website says 40mm objectives or oculars? The NV007V is a rear clip-on so the 32mm objective shouldn't matter.
Unfortunately the scope you're considering doesn't have adjustable focus so it is probably a poor choice to use with the Pard.
You need a parallax adjustable scope when using a clip on NV. Trust me, I’m the clip on king. Love em.
The glass in both of my Hawke scopes like clip on NV. But they aren’t cheap Hawkes. I would skip an AO and get something with a side wheel. When you reach out front to play with an AO scope, you’ll blind yourself with the whitewash from the IR. Again, trust me.
