I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on the Pard unit. What's everyone's thoughts ?

Which Pard unit? There are plenty of posts in the forums about Pard night visions scopes. More specifically there are several posts concerning three particular models: the Pard NV007a, Pard NV007s, and the Pard NV008. It would help greatly if you could be more specific with your questions. Asking for everyone’s thoughts tell your readers very little about what specific information you’re seeking.

Pard 008 is way priced now. You can buy the sight mark wraith mini 4k resolution for $700. Super small 4 k and front focal plane recital. The base mag on the pard is too high for close.range air.gunning. Digital mag is way different than day optics. I'd stick with a 2 x base mag

I have a 008 and I like it. Small enough to not be a burden like the ATN models. The controls are simple enough. I got a mount with windage and elevation knobs built in and I really like it. Adjusts more like a scope.
The only thing I really dont like about it is I wear eyeglasses and the rubber cup is a pain, but without it, I get some washout.

Yes I have the Pard008 LRF and it serves me well with my HW100T for the rats shooting. I think the new Pard008s is a nice upgrade.

Very nice but night hunts with NV is a no-no where I live so half of its's features are out. I wish, since they make a NV only, they would make a range adjust only.
