Brocock/BRK Patience paid off again

I'm a proud owner of a BRK Sniper XR Magnum.......I've been watching the sale price for over 6months and I still refused to pay what they wanted.

Today, I looked and they dropped it another $200.00 so I snatched it up.

I'll admit, I have no patience waiting for my package to show up!!!!🥹🥲
Lucky man

Nice find and they have several models I would like to own having never owned a brk or daystate. They just really hit the off switch on me when they raised prices and no one else did.
The BRK lineup is solid and the bench is deep, pricewise they seem comparable to other popular brands. What truly sets them apart is the lack of complaints from users. Legitimate gripes about the platforms, simply minute. I have been lucky to own five different BRK models, in descending order, my first an unregulated Compatto, Bantam Sniper HR, Atomic XR, Pathfinder XR and Ghost XR. I am just a guy who likes to shoot and don’t consider myself particularly knowledgeable on PCPs. So from an ordinary guys point of view, and in my actuality? All my BRKs have performed above and beyond “my” expectations. The BRKs perform equal or above the price they command…🙏

Look what Air Arms did last year adding a fancy stock on their unchanged 20 year old flagship rifles with no improvement and charging almost double for them? They took the heat for it but are still selling great rifles.

My worst fear is if I die my wife will sell my BRK Sniper XR for what I told her I paid for it? Truth is, my wife likes to shoot as well!

Both are UK based companies. Both raised prices significantly. Maybe it is something that is specific to their economy.

If the Pathfinder was $500 off (like the Ghost) I would have jumped on that deal.

@Justaguy, owning both a Pathfinder and Ghost Carbine, if I had to choose one? The Pathfinder… Simply a sweet little gun if not overscoped.

Ha...I guess I lucked out only needing the smaller, 300cc cylinder on a Sniper XR.
The tiny cylinder makes that gun a positive thing for its future plans.

They dropped that price almost $600 some time back. Guess no one wants the little cylinder.

Mike
Both my Pathfinder and Ghost have the 300cc bottles. Plenty of shots and they look sweet and in proportion to the guns. Pathfinder has a much smaller scope on it now.
