I bought a Benjamin armada .25 two days ago and shot 1 mag through it. (Everything worked fine) so I decided to tune it. So I took off the stock twisted the screw to bump up the FPS, put it back together and now it won’t even shoot a pellet more than 50ft and my air pressure gage is still at 3000 PSI. Can anyone please help me out. Thanks

Valve lock.. not enough force on spring to open valve. Try turning that screw to another direction.

The inner little screw or the larger outer hex socket screw?
IIRC, the Mrod has an adjustable striker in the center AND the hammer spring adjuster. You probably extended the striker all the way out and it's causing the hammer to hardly move.

There are several screws that are used in tuning the armada/marauder. We need to know which screw you are turning.
One is the screw on the side of the tube that restricts the transfer port. Then there’s the large hammer spring adjustment and INSIDE that is a smaller screw that adjusts the striker face.
If I remember correctly the hammer spring adjustment can be adjusted in/out 7 revolutions.
It sounds like you have valve lock. Too much air pressure in the reservoir. Hard to say with the info you’ve provided so far. Give more information and you’ll get it figured out on here.

I turned this 5/64 screw all the way clock wise till it stopped. Then shot the air gun. And my pellet went about 10-15ft. So I figured I turned it the wrong way so I took it apart again turned it the other way put it all back together shot and same thing. Pellet went 10-15ft.

There is a large screw that you remove to access a smaller screw beneath it. Did you remove the large screw?
The smaller screw is turned COUNTER-CLOCKWISE to open the transfer port and INCREASE power.
Turning it CLOCKWISE will DECREASE power.
Tighten this screw all the way and then back it out about 4 or 5 turns.
You’ll want to count your complete revolutions of your Allen wrench from completely closed.

Once you have opened the transfer port 4-5 turns from closed you’ll mainly want to do the rest of your power tuning by adjusting the hammer spring. 
This is the location of the hammer spring adjustment screw. Turning this screw in CLOCKWISE will INCREASE power. Something to keep in mind, maximum power pretty much never equals maximum accuracy. Also the more you tighten this spring the harder it is for the gun to cock.

No I never removed a larger screw. I only removed the screws that hold the stock and rail system. Which larger screw are you talking about?

Remove the large screw you are turning. There is a small screw under it. The screw you are turning does nothing but cover the actual adjusting screw.

Degas your rifle and refill it to 2500 psi then give it a go. Perhaps you overfilled it a touch too much causing valve lock. How are you filling your gun? It can be a pita to get it to start filling again with a hand pump fyi.

I think I got everything in order now! THANK YOU everyone who posted pics and explained things very clearly. The screw I needed to loosen (increase power) was under the screw I thought increased power the (meter screw) but it was the (jam screw) so I removed the jam screw turned the meter screw all the way clockwise then 4 1/2 turns counter clockwise (as it recommended) and tightened the hammer spring. And Eureka!!! All the power I could have ever asked for. I cannot thank you guys enough!!! Thanks again.
