No, they are not. I'd say the 18*1.5mm threaded carbon fiber bottles are the most common aftermarket bottles.

Bottleneck threads are usually M18 x1.5 however the bottle adapters are always different, I think DS is M12 x 1.5, FX M12 x 1.25 and Reximex is M12 x 1.0.

I've spent a LOT of time searching for various adapters that can handle high pressure like 4500PSI.
They pretty much do not exist.
You probably have to find a machine shop that understands materials well and can make an adapter that can handle high pressure.
Better to plan on 6000psi than the minimum.

Just weird ideas I have from time to time that end up being impractical because the hardware I need would be custom.
Don't think I've ever actually seen a paintball gun in real life.
