Any shops that stock pcp airguns near Southeast South Dakota? I'll drive a couple hundred miles, just want to see, and feel the fit of a gun before I buy.

No such luck, I'm in Nebraska and it's an airgun wasteland, the whole middle of the country is, no events or shops. I did see a Benjamin marauder at Cabelas in Omaha

yup i know what air gun waist land is like , here in south central KY . I mostly deal with Airguns of Arizona they test every gun they send out . make sure it functions right even included the test target .

Eh, don't put too much stock in that. My hw95L came with a blank target and a chrony string showing 11.5ft/lbs (should be about 15/16fpe, and should probably hit the sample target you include at least once)...i sent it back, they say "oh it shoots fine" and send it back to me. I take it apart and the piston is rusted.
Ordered on Feb 12, 2022, still waiting to shoot it.

How close are you to Souix Falls? I'm about 4 hours NE from SFs. If you're interested in shooting a Taipan Vet Compact in .25, LMK.

Thanks for the replies guys, glad to know there are a few of us around, I'm about an hour southeast of Sioux Falls, currently have a Condor SS in .25 and a p-rod .22.
