I've had both the Marauder and the Hatsan. I'd vote for the Hatsan AT44-10 QE over the Marauder. The one I had was wickedly accurate out of the box.

Like Cliff, I also owned both... and give the nod to the Hatsan as well... accurate, great magazine, nice side lever and more powerful!

My Benjamin Discovery.22 does a pretty good job for this same type of hunting even though it's a single shot.

Hatsan "may" (?) need a bit of work to be just right, some could have minor metal shaving in the valve area and ????? As long as your up to dealing with this likely a good rig.
Noted last week the AT44 refurbished listed at $295.00 US at that price "I" would get one, for closer to 6-700 no thank you.
How far to your closest club?

For the critters you have listed most any airgun would work. A Discovery or the maximus would be about bottom dollar.

In Europe also can buy Cometa (Lynx,orion) is better quality Hatsan or Benjamin. I have at44 and Cometa is best.
