I can send it worldwide by EMS, DHL or by any other shipping company. But i need to send it in disassembled condition, because due to our laws russian customs office can return it back as forbidden item, like guns and ammunition. In the worst case i should send it by 2 parcels for the reasons i mentioned above.

Looks good... I am a pistol shooter, I had a veles, so my 2 cents, speaking from experience..
I may be interested, if:
it is low weight, veles was good
it is low noise, so include ldc
it needs to be powerful, say 18-20 footpounds (mine was .22 and i would go for that or a .20)
it needs to be frugal, say 18-20 shots (multishot is definately good)
and finally... weight is important, and many pistolshooters dont want/need an optic, so make sure you have an option for regular high quality iron sights....

Weight - 1290 grams long pistol and 1100 grams for short one
Noise - quiter, then Veles
Energy - 22-26 Joule
20 shots for 310 mm pistol, 25 shots for 270 mm pistol, 30 shots for 350 mm pistol.
