PCP pistol recomendations?

CT I'm having a huge air leak, sometimes all at once though the barrel. How hard is it to tear this down and replace the part with a plastic one? I read the post on doing so but so far have only un-screwed the cylinder. I do have access to a lathe to turn a new poppet out of PEEK,?? what is PEEK? thanks! Greg

It should be very easy. You need to remove the grip assembly too. Unscrew the two screws - one in front of the trigger guard and the other at the top back of the hand grip. Don't lose the little spring on top of the sear. Then it's just the 4 hex screws to remove the valve chamber and get to the valve. 

As long as I keep pressure above 100bar I am okay, anything below that and it starts leaking through the valve.

Are you shooting it down way below the reg pressure? It's not unusual for some PCPs to dump all of their air out if you shoot it down too low FYI... YO!
