I had the same problem. I fixed it with the a gas fitting from Home Depot. The fitting had a hard rubber cover on its threads to protect them. I cut a circle of it out and super glued it to the bottom of the sizer where the pellet makes contact. No more flat spot and I have sized thousands of pellets with them (.22 and .25 sizers).
