Pellet Gauge.... explain

Could someone explain the difference between the two models that are offered? I see the regular pellet gauge, but then there is the pellet gauger as well? I am assuming that the one will do multiple pellets at once instead of a single pellet?

Looking for something to try and get the utmost accuracy out of the Redwolf in .22

So any help or hints would be great.

OK , one is a gage a range of sizes IE: 4,49 , 4.50, 4.51 and so on
the other is when you find the size you need , IE: 4.52 then all holes are 4.52 in reality , 4.52 lets all under size through so ??
I only sort for precision shooting or competitions , hunting or tin cans are straight out of tins

thats the first one a range of sizes , it is the only one i bought because i only gage maybe 100 pellets a month for competitive shooting and that is just to let me think about one less variable .

I bought the pellet gage first and sorted a tin of pellets into Dixie cups with the various sizes marked on each cup. Then took all those different sizes and shot groups with each rifle. Two rifles had the best accuracy using 5.53 and another rifle liked 5.54. Then I ordered two Pelletgage Rs in 5.52 and 5.54 then I dump a handful of pellets into the 5.54 and what don’t fall through I put into a container marked 5.54 and the ones that fell through I dump into the 5.52 gage and pellets that don’t fall through I put into a container marked 5.53 and if pellets fall through I put those in a container marked <5.52

If I shoot the <5.52s in any of my rifles I get LOTS of fliers and consistently larger groups.

CPHPs have the largest variation in head size of any pellets I’ve measured. JSB and FX have far less variation.
