Pellet Jam...now not firing

Howdy. I'm new to the site and to PCP world. I bought a Hatsan Vectis last week. Zero'd in the scope and the thing is amazingly accurate! UNFORTUNATELY, after about 50 shots, I managed to send two pellets down the barrel and jammed the setup. After using a wooden dowel to un-jam the barrel, now the gun isn't firing. Lever action cycles the round into the chamber, then squeeze trigger and click. No air release. The tank has about 1.5 bars in it, which is middle level of green for pressure. 

I've left messages for Hatsan but haven't heard back. Hopefully this issue isn't a huge problem and I can get it fixed without too big of headache. Have any of you experienced this before or have any ideas on troubleshooting? Thanks and happy shooting to y'all. 


 
1-2 bar in your gun means 100-200 bar, being 200 bar the max pressure recomended.



I think that you have a little miss understanding about the pressure gauge, not a big deal if you stay in the green area, like you said, is the safe spot.

Regarding the jam problem, i notice that almost all hatsan rifles comes with an anti double pellet cocking system or something like that, maybe, and just maybe this system somehow senses a double pellet and prevents from firing. Maybe there is a way to unlock it.

Cock it remove the magazine FIRE!!! LEAVE THAT MAGAZINE OUT! DONT PUT IT BACK INTO THE GUN! Run your dowel through till you see that wood come sticking out the opposite breechend. Clear right? Fill to 200 BAR. Dryfire SHOOT IT WITH NO PELLET IN IT into a trash can. Did it ruffle your rubbish with that blast of air? If YES Then...Load pellets in your magazine. Cock the gun Load that magazine into your gun. Point it in a safe direction FIRE!!! Be sure you cock it with a good hefty deliberate tug all the way hard every time otherwise you won't cock it properly then you HAVE TO COCK IT AGAIN AND! REMOVE YOUR MAGAZINE ASAP!!! BEFORE CLOSING THE BOLT HOME TO AVOID DOUBLE LOADING AGAIN! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS REMOVE THAT MAGAZINE WHEN YOU SCREW UP COCKING IT AND IT DOESN'T SET THE GUN PROPERLY READY TO FIRE!!! THEN YOU GOT A PELLET IN THAT BARREL SO POINT IT IN A SAFE DIRECTION AND FIRE!!! THEN LOAD YOUR MAGAZINE BACK IN THE GUN ONLY ONLY ONLY WHEN YOURE READY TO TAKE ANOTHER SHOT. I do too. I always read caps as screaming, it makes it more enjoyable and comical as a reader. I always imagine the person screaming like Happy Gilmore by Adam Sandler.
