Pellet pouch for shooting afield.

If you know someone who's diabetic and tests their blood sugar ask them for their test strip containers. They are fairly small, water proof, and have an airtight snap on top. I would say they hold at least 100 22cal. pellets and easily slip into a small pocket. Great for storing pellets too.

I’ve been looking for something similar. Rides on belt, easy one hand pellet retrieval, silent, pellets don’t fall out. Check out these dog treat pouches for a cheap option.

I used to use the pocket of my military bdu shirt. Just make sure to button one button to keep out dirt. Now I have enough magazines that when it's time to reload I need to refill with air so I'm back at my truck.

That's what I was going to suggest except I was thinking of something like this.
It's silent and you can close it up with the draw string to keep pellets or slugs from falling out when storing.

I use a dual pocket coin purse I modified to hang from my neck using a lanyard allowing it to stay vertical enough it don't dump contents when I bend over. One pocket for pellets and one for magazines. I don't recall where I bought it but Amazon has many styles and sizes.

Back in the early 90’s when I got my first beeman adult air rifle, I bought everything made for that R10 deluxe. So much so I was broke for buying anything else, but I had pellets and a German made gun! I was in the same scenario, and what I found and still use today to hold my ammo is just a zip up fanny pack. So easy, and very quick to access pellets. Nothing fancy, but way better than trying to grab pellets ou of you T shirt pocket

Years ago when I had single shot PCP‘s, I would wrap foam pipe insulation around my scope tube with holes punched into it, to hold the pellets with their skirts available to grab quickly.

There are plenty of good cheap options but my vote goes for the Wilkins. They are first class. I figure my wife buys nice purses for a lot of money so I should have a couple nice Wilkins pellet pouches. They are heirloom quality.

I make my own pellet pouches from scrap leather. They are like a special pocket that you can reach into to pluck out a pellet (one handed) without having to fumble with lids or closures. The pouch has a flexible flap the stops the pellets from falling out.

I have several for different pellets an rifles. I planned to refine them but these work they are cheap and can be made in a few minutes.
here is the hardware.
Here are a few pouches. I just use parachute cord and hang them from my stroller at FT matches, around my neck. I think most of my rifle cases has one in it.
