pellets/slug mold making discussion

These are the barrels / liners that I have slugged:
Alpha Precision (Rus for Leshiy2) Twist Rate 1:17.7 - 6.35/0.25 x350 = 6.340/0.2496"
Alpha Precision (Rus for Leshiy2) Twist Rate 1:17.7 - 6.35/0.25 x500 = 6.348/0.2499"
FX STX-A pellet Twist Rate 1:27 - 6.35/0.25 x700 = 6.310/0.2485"
FX Superior Heavy Twist Rate 1:18 - 6.35/0.25x700 = 6.343/0.2497"
FX Superior Twist Rate 1:24 - 6.35/0.25x600 = 6.342/0.2497"
FX STX-A slug Twist Rate 1:15.5 - 5.5/0.22x600 = I did not slug it yet, will do next time when removed for cleaning

I am not a pellet or slug designer but I do have a suggestion. I bought a mold from NOE and it is high quality but my guns do not like the pellets it makes. The weight is more uniform than JSB commercial pellets so I do not think it is an issue with the mold or pouring process. I think guns just like some projectiles better than others. My suggestion is for you to offer the opportunity to buy some projectiles made from your molds so users can test them before investing in the mold. I don't plan to buy more molds until I can find a way to test the projectiles first. This is probably just a hassle if you want to sell molds but I think it would result in more orders.
Which mold do you have that's not performing?

I have the 250-27-RF-CC3 mold. I wouldn't say the mold isn't performing, however. The pellets don't seem to match the dimensions NOE publishes for this mold real closely but they seem like high quality pellets. Mold line where the mold separates is often not even visible. Very consistent weight. My P35-25 and 25 caliber Avenger just don't shoot them very well. But they also do not shoot many commercial pellets well. The Avenger only seems to like pellets made by JSB. No H&Ns work well nor do benjamins and all the others I have tried. The P35-25 is my least accurate P35 but does OK with H&N FTTs. I have a new barrel ordered for it. New barrel might decide it likes these NOE pellets.

I see a big difference between spending $100 or more to try a pellet or slug mold and $20 or less to try a tin of pellets.

Have you slugged the barrel? If so what size is it? What do your cast slugs measure? Twist rate in the Avenger and P35?

What do you think is the best size for FX A-B liners? pellets/slug.
Here are my numbers from slugged liners, you need to do your offset 3 microns or maximum 5 no need more ...
STX-A-P is a pellet liner
STX-A-S is a slug liner

Dear AGN forum users, I am a pellets/slug mold manufacturer from China. This is not an advertising topic. I have read a lot of AGB forum topics about pellets/slug. I found that many users are interested in pellets/ Slug has its own ideas, which is worth learning. I want to look for a pellets/slug design master, similar to Ballistic Boy, who has a deep understanding and is proficient in using various design software. If you are interested and willing to challenge an interesting job, you can PM me, I am very happy to work with you, I will pay or free mold.
