This is a used ( not new ) has scratches and signs of wear all over but nothing to terrible imho lol. just look at the pics. Functions as it should and holds air. As you can see the older guage near the bottle end in the pic is not accurate so I just used the one on my compressor when filling. If this interest you here are the pics.
