Permissions question

I drive by this small farm picking my daughter up from school, I've noticed a lot of pigeons on the power lines above one of his fields seems to be more and more as the weeks go by.

What would be the best way to approach this place? I have never ask anyone for something like this before. In today's world I know people are weary of people they don't know.

Any suggestions would be appreciated would love a place to do some pesting besides my back yard.

And inquire if they would like some help in the safe elimination of said birds. Being a local parent is a big plus, as parents are typically responsible and care about their communities… Good luck!

ive got all my pigeon farms by just walking up and being polite,
after i say airgun/pellet gun,
its usually a green light,
then they are usually amazed that i can hit them that far lol

i will say this though,
always always always make sure any misses wont end up endangering any houses/people/livestock/equipment.

im sure one of the reasons i continue to be welcomed back every year on these farms,
is because im very safety conscious and they can tell.

and the other reason is............

i annihilate the pigeon population

I am with the rest brother, If you tell them you're an air gun guy and it won't spook the livestock, they have never said no to me.

Stress the accuracy, quietness and that it's the most humane way to eliminate them. Demonstrate how quiet the gun is. That's always been my opening approach AND that my NUMBER ONE concern is SHOOTING SAFETY of property & livestock.
