Mark sure has that RAW humming for him

Yes Mark has been doing well with his RAW and he is trying new barrels for the .177 cal. and a new valve for the rifles that have a lesser felt impulse when firing, very interesting stuff. He is a certified service provider for RAW him and Martin the owner are also trying new thing to improve a very accurate rifle even more. Out of the top six places five of them where RAWs. If you go to the link to the web site you will see the equipment list of all the shooters and what rifles they where shooting.

I was informed that there might have been two new records set for 50 Yards at the match. The USARB record for 50 yard for Open class was 670, and Mark Buchanan shoot a 673.

The other was in the HV class the record was 644 and Michael Schlesinger had that record and on Sunday he shoot 652 breaking his old record. Congrates to both of them.

The targets have been sent to the USARB for verification of the scores and to see if the new records will be good.

I think the new valve is the trick to being more consistent, with less recoil the rifle does not come of the 10 ring and is easy to set up for the next shoot.
