phone to scope adapter

I want an adapter to mount my phone/camera to scopes on my air rifles. I don't want to spend a bunch. Any recommendations? I have several rifles with scopes, different size scopes of course. I hope to get a universal adapter that will work on more than one scope. Thanks.

For the phone the best one that has worked for me is the Sideshot. But I have since modified it to use a Firefly action camera. Will probably switch to @orion new printed system though.

I bought all the pieces to make my DIY scope/phone mount but it cost me a little bit more because the case for my phone is a little more than most I have about $20 into it. I'll put it together tomorrow.
