Picatinny to 3" plate or Arca to 3" plate available . ?

Is there anywhere that has a picatinny to 3" plate or Arca to 3" to use in a BR front rest.? If not, I guess I'll just make one. Nothing Ive found is wide enough.

You can glue a heavy piece of aluminum to it as well
