You need to build or buy a tank cradle to keep it from rolling or falling off of tables as in your picture. Your friend Tom sells them for $26 which is a good deal. Your tank's pressure gauge extension tube only brings your gauge a few inches closer but is hazardous. If your tank did fall any distance on a full fill that extension tube or your gauge could easily break off causing an accident and serious injuries.
