Congratulations!View attachment 403123View attachment 403127View attachment 403126View attachment 403124View attachment 403129I picked up 4 Sheridans today , that are in various states of disrepair. I need help with one trying to get a general idea year of build, it has no serial #, the other 3 do. The closeups are of the one I'm trying Id. There is 1SS, 1BS, 1 silver C series and 1 C series. All the stocks looked like the 1 before I cleaned them. The silver C works and the one I'm trying to I’d.
Thanks for clarification on build changes, I thought it was a mid sixties build. Until now I thought all nickel plated ones were "Silver Streaks" ,Congratulations!
They didn’t start putting serial numbers until late 72, but in 1964 they started production dates printed backwards, on the left side of the receiver.
That rear screw on sight was introduced in in 56. It’s
That front sight was introduced late, 1965.
The rocker safety was 1963.
So, If you don’t have production dates you’ve got newer than 65. If you have production dates, it’s written on the left side of the breech, backwards, with the month signified by an alphabetical letter. A= jan.
I’ll send you a link to that info when when I’ve got my other phone charged. I couldn’t find the same link with this phone.

Which pin is it?The silver C works as is and the the 1 in question seems to pump and fire , but is missing the drift pin holding the pump arm to the pump tube. Does any one know what size drift pin to get? One more question I have resealed the later crosman c9 before do these all use the same "C series" seal kit?
