Bought a Steyr LP 50 RF from them. Ordered on Tuesday, had it on Friday. Jennifer was fantastic to deal with. I used the grip measurement tool on their website, so I ordered a size Small grip. She told me the latest grips have seemed to be running a little undersized. Without me requesting it, Jennifer said she would send the Small grip I ordered AND a medium, try the one that fit me best and send the other back using the enclosed PREPAID USPS label! Sure enough, I needed the Medium. I even got a 10m shooting pad, a small tube of Super Lube and a Moon Pie. Now THAT is how a business should treat a customer.
