Gamo Pin removal

This is from Gamo Bone Collector gen3. Behind the NP is this pin that holds it in place.
The pin has two pin marks on one end. Hard to believe it would be for a wrench. Having
hard time knocking it out to remove the NP. Is there something i should know here?

Hard to believe they would use threaded pin there

it is not threaded i found one on Knibbs it is a perch for lack of a better name

the pin wrench holes are for keeping it position would be my guess
the BSA Scorpion pistol uses a similar pin

That is great. In that pic. i can see that i didn't push the piston back far enough to be able to push it out! Never knew it was not round !! Thanks for the pick. and help!

That is a relief. I didn't want you to damage it. I see the reason for the spanner but it is a first for me. Spanner holes usually mean threads. Glad I didn't mislead you in a way to cause damage. Be Well Brothers. B.

Take the load off the pin by compressing the ram a bit. It will pop out. You may need to make a fork jig to grab the ram back.

Before i knew that the pin has a flat, i did put pressure on the NP but the pin would not move. Didn't know about the flat. All is good now, and the fork/jig is done. Sure will need it to assemble as well.
