Snowpeak Pinty Bullpup

There is also a muzzle brake that treads on the barrel with an o'ring to center the shroud. It has huge holes in it. I don't think that it's needed on this gun either. Might just cover it with tape & see if that does anything? I want all my lead dust going forward.
The shroud and 9 baffles inside work well for the size.
After the shroud holes are covered it gets even more quiet.
With an additional moderator it's really quiet.

I don't hear any extra sound coming out of the small hole I put near the breech on my Fortitude shroud. I also used the Mr.Clean buffer that Hajimoto used. It could be that this buffer absorbs the sound. I can put my finger near the hole and feel some air pressure escaping when the gun is shot.
Hello!
Adding a weep hole towards the furthest part of the barrel shroud is not necessary to allow sound to escape as it is to enable gas pressure to escape. When the shroud is sealed on both ends, air fills the cavity and is forced to compress because of the limited free area in the shroud cavity. Once the shroud cavity reaches an equalized pressure, it rejects any additional air. Because the shroud cavity will not allow any additional air in, the air will find the point of least resistance to escape, which typically is back into the projectile's air stream. If you allow the air to travel and displace at the furthest point, you have a controlled release, thus increasing the amount of air that can flow through the barrel shroud.

The Mr Clean Magic Easer (Melamine foam) is simply a diffuser to slightly restrict airflow and to act as a filter medium to grab any lead particles in the air stream.

Shoot safe!
