Not the hero that we need (or want), but the hero we got stuck with.

But kinda like another assistant to the Figurehead That Be, I hate to imagine the state of affairs if Jeff's 'assistant' ever ascended to such a powerful position of herding we cats.

Same problem with smaller pistols using totes made for rifles.
Tipton Compact Range Vise, collapses to shorter lengths, can carry full rifles and bipod:

At corners drilled some holes for 1/8" steel cable covered with shrink tubing, furrel stops on cable ends, open front yoke for cylinder, carbon fiber handles to reduce weight and because all the Kool Kids are doing it.

Lightweight and folds down.
